- All orders will ship within 1-3 business days of your purchase not including weekends. If you ordered custom it will be shipped within 3-4 weeks.
WILL MY JEWELRY TARNISH?
- Most of our jewelry pieces are stainless steel which is tarnish resistant, hypoallergenic, and waterproof. However, we do carry a small number of pieces made of sterling silver which does tarnish over time.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER SHIPPED?
- Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please be sure to check your spam folder if not received.
WHERE ARE THE ITEMS SHIPPED FROM?
- All orders are being shipped from Orange County, CA.

MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT. WHAT DO I DO?
- Please contact USPS at 800-275-8777. We are NOT responsible for ANY orders that are stated as DELIVERED.
WILL MY CUSTOM ORDERS BE SHIPPED WITH MY READY TO SHIP ORDER?
- If you are ordering custom pieces and ready-to-ship items they will all ship together unless orders are placed separately.
