HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

• All orders will ship within 1-3 business days of your purchase not including weekends. If you ordered custom it will be shipped within 3-4 weeks.

WILL MY JEWELRY TARNISH?

• Most of our jewelry pieces are stainless steel which is tarnish resistant, hypoallergenic, and waterproof. However, we do carry a small number of pieces made of sterling silver which does tarnish over time.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER SHIPPED?

• Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please be sure to check your spam folder if not received.

WILL MY CUSTOM ORDERS BE SHIPPED WITH MY READY TO SHIP ORDER?

• If you are ordering custom pieces and ready-to-ship items they will all ship together unless orders are placed separately.
