All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase. If your order is custom it will be shipped within 3-4 weeks unless it is holiday season which then can be longer. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking number. If you do not receive confirmation of order or shipping please email info@jayshouseofjewerly.com.

Please be advised if you are ordering custom pieces and ready to ship items it will all ship together unless orders are placed separately.
